AI features never train on your private workspace data. Your notes, tasks, and saved links are yours — we never use them to improve our models.
SSL / TLS Encryption
All data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS. Your notes, tasks, and workspace content are never sent over unencrypted connections.
Protected Authentication
Sign in with Google OAuth or email and password. Passwords are hashed before storage — we never see them in plaintext. Sessions are securely managed via Supabase Auth.
Daily Backups
Your data is backed up daily through Supabase's managed database infrastructure. Backups allow recovery in the event of accidental data loss.
Role-Based Permissions
Team workspaces support role-based access — control who can view, edit, or manage each space. Permissions are enforced at the database level.
Your Data Stays Yours
We never use your workspace content to train AI models or share it with third parties. Every workspace is isolated — your data is never mixed with another user's.
Secure Cloud Infrastructure
Planito runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database + auth) — both are enterprise-grade platforms with their own security practices, uptime monitoring, and incident response.

Last updated April 2026We take security reports seriously. If you discover a vulnerability in Planito, we want to hear from you. We commit to acknowledging reports within 24 hours, working with you to understand the issue, and keeping you updated as we address it.
We won't pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow responsible disclosure practices.
